These terms govern your use of calisthenicschallenge.army (the “site”) and your purchase of the 28-Day Military Calisthenics Challenge printable plan (the “plan”). By using the site or buying the plan you agree to these terms.

What we sell

The plan is a digital product: a set of downloadable PDF files (a field guide, printable workout sheets, and a nutrition guide) delivered by email after purchase. The list price of the plan is $120, available on our product page. We may offer promotional pricing from time to time, including through the fitness quiz on this site. It is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.

Health disclaimer — read this

The plan is a fitness program, not medical advice, and we are not medical professionals. Consult your physician before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are over 40, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have not exercised recently. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You use the plan at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

Results vary

Results from any fitness program depend on your individual circumstances and effort. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, rate of progress, or amount of weight loss. Charts and projections shown in the quiz are illustrative.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the plan for your own training. You may not resell, republish, share publicly, or otherwise redistribute the files. All content on the site and in the plan is our copyrighted property.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Purchases are covered by a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

No military affiliation

This is an army-style training program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Army or any armed force.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and the plan are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of them is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your non-waivable statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here applies. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
